Placing an order
You can order our products through this website. After you place an order, we confirm it by sending you a WhatsApp message and calling you on the phone number you gave us. Your order is processed only after it is confirmed. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and that you can be reached. If we cannot reach you, we may not be able to confirm your order.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled only at the time of our confirmation call. If you want to cancel, please tell us during that call. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is not available, we will tell you when we confirm your order. The price shown on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
Delivery and payment
We deliver to major cities across Pakistan and their outskirts, usually within 2 to 3 days after confirmation. Delivery charges are Rs 250 per order, and orders of Rs 2,000 or more get free delivery. Payment is by Cash on Delivery. More details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
Refunds and returns
Complaints must be registered within 24 hours of delivery. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for the full details.
